• Inspire, coach and develop a team of technicians, apprentices and support staff.
• Build a safety-focused, accountable, collaborative culture.
• Manage performance, workforce planning and recruitment.
• Oversee service, maintenance and project delivery activities.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Manage branch resources, scheduling and productivity.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and support tenders and quotations.
• Strengthen the branch presence in Gisborne.
• Monitor revenue, profitability and costs.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Drive strong commercial outcomes across branch activities.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
