Job summary

Fulton Hogan is hiring 3 TMO (General Workers) for the TTM space to support WDC patrol crews and TM crews ahead of the busy season. The role is hands-on, outdoors, and requires physical fitness with a strong focus on traffic control duties.

You will work with the crew and STMS, assisting as a TMO, pilot driver, and general team member. A Class 2 licence is required, with endorsements welcomed and supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit for hands-on outdoor work.
• Able to carry out maintenance and traffic control duties.
• Strong safety focus and reliable work approach.
• Able to listen, follow instructions and work well in a crew.
• Class 2 licence and endorsements (W/T/R) are preferred and supported by us.

Responsibilities

• Support crew with traffic control across patrol and TM activities.
• Perform general maintenance and labouring tasks as directed by Foreperson or crew leader.
• Work with STMS as wing-person, assisting TMO and pilot driver duties as needed.
• Participate in pre-starts, risk planning and site safety conversations.
• Help keep worksites safe, tidy and running smoothly according to procedures.

We’re on the hunt for 3 TMO (General Workers) to work in the TTM space for WDC patrol crews and TM crews ahead of the busy upcoming season.

These are hands-on roles suited to people who are physically fit and happy to get stuck into a mix of maintenance activities, with a strong focus on traffic control duties. You’ll work closely with the STMS in the crew, supporting as a TMO, pilot driver, and general team member where needed.

• Support the crew with mainly traffic control duties across patrol and TM activities.
• Undertake a mix of general maintenance and labouring activities as directed by your Foreperson, Supervisor, or crew leader.
• Work alongside the STMS as a wing-person in the crew, including supporting TMO and pilot driver duties where required.
• Take part in pre-starts, risk planning, and day-to-day site safety conversations.
• Help keep worksites safe, tidy, and running smoothly while following instructions and company processes.

• A Class 2 licence is a must, and W, T, R endorsements would be a great addition, and we can support you to secure these.
