Job summary

Fulton Hogan in Silverdale seeks a TTM Planning Supervisor to lead the planning team in delivering safe, practical Traffic Management Plans across projects. You’ll be central to the TTM design function, coordinating across regions to start with well-planned traffic management from day one.

You’ll bring significant traffic management design experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of CoPTTM/NZGTTM and RCA requirements. The role offers ongoing development and great benefits in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in traffic management design, including complex environments.
• Proven experience leading people and technical teams, ideally within TTM or civil construction.
• Strong working knowledge of CoPTTM, NZGTTM and RCA requirements.
• Experience in civil construction with maintenance and project works.
• Confidence using TTM design software such as Rapid TCP and/or AutoCAD, and reviewing plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support TTM Planners and technical team members to deliver high quality TMPs.
• Coordinate and prioritise team workflow across multiple projects.
• Review and approve TMPs and risk assessments per CoPTTM, NZGTTM and RCA standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, RCAs, consultants and subcontractors on TTM solutions.
• Facilitate design meetings and risk workshops to identify hazards and controls.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and tools.
• Contribute planning input to tenders, bids and start-up activities.

You’ll be right at the centre of our TTM design function, working across projects, teams and regions to make sure traffic management is well planned from day one.
