Are you a general operative with experience in earthworks, drainage and large pipe trenching?

As a general operative you will report to the Site Supervisor. Depending on the project, you may be involved in earthworks, pipe laying or building construction, and as such your daily activities could vary from month to month.

You will be expected to have a high regard for the health and safety of yourself and others, ensuring that you do things the right way and take the necessary steps to stay safe. You will also ensure that you do a quality job and that nothing you do has a significant negative impact on the environment.

As a general operative, you are learning in the industry and will make an effort to ask questions and follow instructions well. You will seek out knowledge from more experienced members of the team and be prepared to support them with the tasks they are undertaking.
