Job summary

Canstaff is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Earthworks Operator to join our local team in New Zealand. The role involves operating dump trucks, loaders, rollers and water carts on varied civil projects, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The ideal candidate holds a Class 2 licence with WTR, 2–3 years’ earthworks experience, and a proven ability to perform bulk earthworks, trenching and final trim. NZ residency or valid work visa is required.
