Job summary

OneStaff in Auckland is seeking an experienced Gantry Crane Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in East Tamaki. You will operate a remote‑controlled Gantry Crane and position stock for feeding into machinery.

You will also operate a counter‑balance forklift and assist with stocktakes. The role requires current Gantry and forklift certificates, a strong commitment to Health & Safety, and clear teamwork.

Qualifications

• Gantry and forklift certificates are required.
• Experience operating Gantry Cranes and forklifts.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced Gantry Crane Operator with current certifications to join a busy manufacturing team in East Tamaki

• 7am - 3:30pm
• Monday - Friday
• East Tamaki location
• $32-38ph dependent on experience

Duties:

• Operating remote controlled Gantry Crane
• Posiitioning stock and materials for feeding into machinery
• Operating counter balance forklift
• Assisting with stocktakes and site tidy up

The successful applicant will

• Have valid Gantry & Forklift certs
• Have experience operating Gantry Cranes & Forklifts
• Have a high regard for workplace Health &Safety
• Have excellent communication abilities and be a team player
