Job summary

Role involves day, evening and weekend shifts. You’ll document progress, support routines, and foster confidence while ensuring clients feel valued and enjoy daily activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Calm, positive approach even when things get challenging.
• Genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed.
• Full driver’s license and basic computer skills.
• Relevant qualification (e.g. Level 3 Health & Wellbeing) or willingness to work toward one.
• Right to work in New Zealand (essential).

Responsibilities

• Support people in the community as they set and achieve personal goals.
• Encourage participation in daily life and community activities.
• Provide practical assistance with routines, well-being, and skill-building.
