Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible shifts including day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Full right to work in New Zealand.
• A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 3 Health & Wellbeing) — or willingness to pursue one.
• Full driver license and basic computer skills.

• Support people in the community to set and achieve personal goals.
• Encourage participation in daily life and community activities.
• Provide practical assistance with routines, wellbeing, and skill-building.
• Model positive behaviours and foster confidence, resilience, and hope.
• Keep clear, accurate documentation to support progress.
