Job summary

NewWorld Kapiti is seeking an experienced bread baker to join our bakery team in Paraparaumu. The role requires early starts, weekend shifts and reliable transport for early mornings.

Ideal candidates have bakery apprenticeship or at least one year of supermarket bread baking experience, with a focus on scratch breads and pastry where possible. You will be a hardworking, friendly team member with strong attention to detail and customer service.

Qualifications

• Completed bakery apprenticeship or 1+ year supermarket bread baking experience.
• Experience in scratch baking specialty breads is preferred but not required.
• Willing to work weekend shifts and early starts.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential.
