Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Auckland CBD Contact Centre on a fixed-term basis until the end of April 2027. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via inbound and outbound calls and guiding them to the right banker or specialist.

You’ll listen, ask the right questions and work to resolve a wide range of enquiries with empathy and efficiency.

• Be one of the first points of contact for customers via calls or messages
• Handle inquiries with inbound and outbound calls

• Connect customers with the right banker or specialist when needed
• Spot opportunities to assist with additional products or services
• Build knowledge of banking products and digital tools
• Deliver friendly, empathetic and solution-focused service on every call
