Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Auckland CBD Contact Centre on a fixed-term until end-April 2027. The role involves taking inbound and outbound calls, listening to customer needs, and guiding customers to the right banker or specialist.

You will build product knowledge and deliver friendly, empathetic service on every call to help customers feel heard and supported. With rotational shifts across operating hours and a focus on providing a great customer
