Job summary

Wither Hills in Blenheim is seeking a Casual Front of House Team Member to join a small, passionate team dedicated to quality and guest experience. You’ll be based in Blenheim, reporting to the Venue Manager, with lunch seven days and Friday & Saturday dinners when applicable.

You’ll join a team of hospitality professionals, helping deliver unforgettable Wither Hills experiences for guests and colleagues alike, with flexible rosters and a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role

Wither Hills is an icon of the New Zealand wine industry – with our Cellar Door venue one of the most visited in the Marlborough region.

Wither Hills adjoining Restaurant is now on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Casual Front of House Team Member who wants to be part of a fun, committed, and professional team.

Based in Blenheim and reporting to the Venue Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a small team with a focus on quality, safety, service excellence, culture and brand experience. We are open for lunch seven days and dinner on Friday & Saturday only.

We’re currently recruiting for a Casual Front of House Team Member to support our amazing team.

You will be joining and be supported by a small team of passionate and experienced hospitality professionals, and together you will continue providing unforgettable Wither Hills experiences for our customers and your team!

About You:

• The passion for hospitality and world-class customer care
• At least two years’ experience in a similar role, in a professional restaurant environment
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, quality driven hospitality environment
• The drive for wanting to be better every day and don’t mind getting your hands dirty!
