Job summary

Gunn Talent is seeking a Store Supervisor for a busy pizza store in Lower Hutt, near Wellington. The role involves supervising dough prep, table staff, and delivery coordinators, plus maintaining service standards and training new team members.

You will rostering staff, supervise on-shift operations, coordinate kitchen and front-of-house activities, and manage stock, deliveries, and FIFO practices to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are a busy Pizza store in Lower Hutt and require 1 storeperson to manage our very busy orders

The ideal candidate should be able to stand for some hours as most of the work is done while standing. You are required to supervise and coordinate the activities of dough preparation , make and cut table assistants, delivery coordinators and other personnel.

Conduct staff training sessions on service standards, food safety and service standrds.

Assist with staff rostering and staff scheduling ensuring adequate coverage
