Delaware North is seeking a casual Receptionist at Pinewood Lodge in Queenstown. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm welcome and memorable guest experiences in a stunning setting.

Ideal candidates have hotel front office experience, familiarity with hotel operating systems, and a passion for service. A First Aid certificate and a valid driver’s license are beneficial. Roles are casual and onsite in Queenstown.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Provide information on local attractions, activities and events.
• Assist guests with directions around the hotel and local areas.
• Build positive relationships with guests and respond to requests professionally.
• Demonstrate a proactive, positive and professional approach to every guest interaction.
