Job summary

Walkersmith in Auckland is seeking an Operations & Franchise Support Manager to lead practical franchise support, drive consistent cleaning standards, and help owners run their businesses more effectively.

Based in Auckland with regional travel, you will report to the Operations Manager, deliver hands-on training, identify issues early and coordinate improvements across sites to strengthen service quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• On-site operational assessment and improvement capabilities.
• Strong coaching and clear communication to diverse teams.
• Ability to influence and hold franchisees accountable for actions.
• Understanding of commercial impact of workload, delivery and quality.
• Organised, independent worker with current NZ driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Assess sites, implement practical improvements to protect service quality.
• Deliver hands-on training on cleaning methods and equipment.
• Support franchisees with workload planning and team capability.
• Coordinate new-site setups, quotes, materials and training.
• Identify service gaps, document issues, and ensure follow-up.
• Maintain safety training, equipment, and compliance records.
