Job summary

McDonald's New Zealand is seeking a motivated Business Consultant to partner with Franchisees and drive sustainable restaurant performance across the Auckland portfolio.

You’ll lead the national PACE cycle, champion Brand Protection and Compliance, coach teams, and help franchisees improve sales, QSC, profitability and people capability while balancing safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations and people management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with franchisees and cross-functional partners.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Proactive to identify opportunities to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national PACE cycle execution across nominated restaurants, including McOpCo locations.
• Champion Brand Protection and Compliance through visits and observations.
• Coach franchisees to increase sales, improve QSC, and strengthen people capability.
• Identify priority franchisees/restaurants and drive business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape future growth across NZ McDonald's network.
