Job summary

Fuse IT Recruitment seeks a full-time Fortinet and network security specialist in Auckland to lead design and hands-on delivery across security, networking, and cloud‑integrated infrastructure in complex environments.

You will implement Fortinet solutions, optimise SD‑WAN, and provide strong security architecture, routing, switching, and wireless expertise. NZ experience preferred; relocation or moving allowance offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Fortinet expertise with multi-site deployments and advanced troubleshooting.
• Experience delivering security architecture, routing, switching, and wireless.
• Certifications such as NSE4–NSE8 or CCNA/CCNP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and hands-on delivery across security, networking, and cloud‑integrated infrastructure.
• Implement and support Fortinet solutions including FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP.
• Perform troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance with accurate documentation.
• Engage confidently with customers to turn requirements into robust solutions.
