Connell Contractors in New Plymouth is seeking a Formwork Carpenter to contribute to our civil projects in the Lower North Island, delivering high-quality foundation pads and timber structures on site.
You will have 3 years of verifiable work experience or a relevant trade qualification (level 4 preferred); experience in mainstream formwork carpentry is desirable. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:30pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Our sites include brownfield and greenfield electrical substations / switchyards, solar farms, deep and complex drainage projects. Many sites include in-situ cast concrete and precast concrete buildings and structures.

As Formwork Carpenter, you'll be working alongside our team on projects in and around the Lower North Island region, producing high quality foundation pads and structures.

This is a hands on role where you'll be able to utilize your experience from across the building industry and other related projects. Ordinary days of work are Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 5:30pm. Minimum guaranteed hours are 40 hours per week.
