Qualifications

• NZ construction experience required.
• Must have current NZ working rights (incl. Working Holiday Visa).
• Ability to lead a crew and coordinate subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting build plans and leading builders on site.
• Overseeing coordination of carpentry and building work on site.
• Monitoring schedules and driving productivity of construction teams.
• Placing requisition for materials and tracking expenditure within budget.
• Reporting daily tasks and progress; resolving site issues.
• Ensuring safety precautions and quality standards on site.
• Conducting toolbox talks and safety checks with H&S managers.
