At Acon Industries, we're building more than roads and infrastructure. We're building future people, future leaders, and stronger communities. We care about the quality of what we build, how safely we build it and the future capability we create along the way.

We're looking for someone who can lead from the front. Someone who can get the crew organised, keep the job moving, solve problems when they pop up and make sure everyone gets home safe at the end of the day. If you're already leading crews, or you're the person everyone naturally looks to for direction on site, we'd like to talk.

About the Role

You'll be running day-to-day operations on site. Your job is to make sure everyone knows the plan, has what they need and can get stuck into the work safely and productively. You'll work closely with Supervisors, Leading Hands and crews to keep jobs moving and deliver quality work our customers can be proud of.

Our values are pretty simple

Forward Facing - We're building something that lasts.

Act With Humility - No big egos. Just good people doing good work.

Village Mentality - When one person needs help, we all step in.

Mana to Mana - Our relationships are based on trust and mutual respect.

What does a good day look like?
  • The crew knows the plan.
  • The gear is where it needs to be.
  • The job is moving.
  • Problems get sorted early.
  • Quality is right the first time.
  • Everyone works safely.
What's in it for you?
  • Competitive salary package.
  • Time and a half for all hours physically worked over 40 each week.
  • Additional 15% loading on night shift hours worked.
  • Weekly pay.
