Job summary

Fergburger in Queenstown is seeking a Food Preparation Assistant to join our busy kitchen team. You will prepare raw foods to established specifications, weigh ingredients, and help keep stations clean and safe.

We require at least 6 months of relevant experience and the ability to start day shifts from 6am. This is full-time (minimum 30 hours/week) with a friendly, can-do attitude and a fast-paced team environment. Food is provided in the staff area.

• Preparing raw food: meats, fish, sauces, relishes, vegetables.
