Job summary

Skyline is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader in Queenstown, Otago. You will supervise the Food & Beverage team across Skyline outlets to ensure outstanding guest service and satisfaction. The role requires rostered weekend, school holiday and public holiday shifts.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of supervisory experience in high-volume settings, strong leadership and communication skills, and holds an LCQ and Managers Licence. Applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar or events centre.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a can-do approach.
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
• Must hold LCQ and Managers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Food & Beverage team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee customer service across Skyline F&B outlets.
• Roster and manage weekend, school holidays and public holiday shifts.
• Maintain health and safety procedures and standards.

About The Role

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the Food & Beverage team to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction across all Skyline Food & Beverage Outlets. We’re looking for a positive, self-motivated team player with strong leadership skills to join our team on a permanent basis. Flexible with working hours is important as this role requires rostered shifts primarily on weekends, school holidays & public holidays.

The Perfect Candidate Will Bring/be

• have 1+ years supervisory experience working in a high-volume restaurant, bar or events centre,
• bring exceptional leadership, supervisory and communication skills,
• have a friendly, positive, and 'can do' attitude,
• the ability to multi-task and the confidence to use your initiative,
• hold a current LCQ and Managers Licence

• wage of $29.50 to $32.00 (gross) per hour, with 30-50 hours per week guaranteed,
