Job summary

Skyline Enterprises in Queenstown, Otago, is seeking a Chef de Partie to support day-to-day kitchen operations. You will work unsupervised, mentor junior staff and take full responsibility for your section.

The role offers 31–34 NZD gross per hour with 30-50 hours per week, plus staff meals, accommodation options, and other benefits in a dynamic, international hospitality group. Applicants must have right to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years kitchen experience or relevant qualification.

About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Chefs to assist with the day-to-day operations of our kitchens. Excellent communication skills, culinary creativity and the ability to thrive in a large, diverse team are essential. As a Chef de Partie, you will be able to work un-supervised, support junior staff and take full responsibility of your assigned section.

The Perfect Candidate Will Bring/be

• 3+ years of kitchen experience or relevant qualification,
• a "can do" attitude and excellent communication skills,
• a passion for providing fantastic service and a genuine interest to work in the hospitality industry,
• able to produce a quality product and maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene.
