Job summary

Skyline Queenstown is seeking a Guest Services Host to deliver exceptional guest service and present a confident, professional presence to our guests.

You will assist visitors with information about Skyline activities and our food and beverage outlets, maintain a high standard of personal presentation, work on your feet for extended periods, and be flexible to cover weekends and public holidays.

About the role:

As a Guest Services Host, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and presenting a professional, confident presence to our Skyline guests. You will offer assistance and provide information about Skyline activities and our food & beverage outlets. The successful candidate will be energetic, confident, and able to work both independently and proactively. You will maintain a high standard of personal presentation, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and communicate effectively with a wide range of guests. As this role involves being on your feet for extended periods, a good level of physical fitness is essential. You will also need to be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
