Job summary

RealNZ is seeking a Food & Beverage Retail Host for Queenstown's iconic Westaways, Walter Peak. You will welcome guests, prepare food and beverages, and assist with retail sales and stock control, while delivering exceptional guest experiences on a dynamic, full-time schedule aboard New Zealand’s famed attractions.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage and/or retail experience
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Someone who enjoys variety and can juggle multiple tasks
• Barista and/or bar experience is a bonus
• A Duty Manager's Certificate is a bonus, but not essential.

We're looking for an energetic Food & Beverage Retail Host to join our friendly team at one of Queenstown's most iconic destinations. The role supports food and beverage service, retail sales, stock control and guest hosting to help deliver an exceptional experience for every guest.

What You'll Be Doing
