Job summary

RealNZ in Queenstown is seeking a passionate Reservations Specialist to be the friendly voice guiding guests and trade partners from around the world.

You'll handle calls, emails and bookings, manage reservations, and drive sales with the renowned RealNZ hospitality, on a rotating 6am–10pm roster. Join a busy seven-day Reservations team that values exceptional communication, numerical acuity and strong computer skills in MS Office.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year reservations experience (online, phone and email) within the tourism industry.
• At least 1 year experience in Sales.
• Experience working with wholesale and retail agents.
• Sales software (e.g. FareHarbor) experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Numerical competency.
• Computer skills, including MS programs (Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel)
• Impeccable customer service experience.

RealNZ are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help our guests from all over the world create memories that last a lifetime.

As Reservations Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful guide behind the scenes, assisting guests and trade partners with bookings for our incredible experiences. From answering calls and emails to managing reservations and driving sales, you’ll make sure every interaction is professional, timely, and full of RealNZ hospitality.

This role works as part of a 7 day a week Reservations team working in a fast paced and busy enviroment. Ability to work on a rotating roster (6am - 10pm) across weekends will be required.
