Job summary

Vitality Brands Worldwide in Mangere, Auckland, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our filling, packing and line setting operations at our manufacturing site. This full-time, onsite role offers ownership of a busy production environment and a key hand in delivering trusted products to our customers.

You will report to the General Manager of Operations and oversee daily production, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence while developing your team and meeting production

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day production operation, ensuring our lines run safely, efficiently and to schedule.
• Develop your team and deliver against production targets, while keeping operations running smoothly and maintaining high quality.
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring people, equipment and resources are effectively utilised to meet production schedules. Champion Health & Safety, GMP and quality standards across all production activities.
