Job summary

Brand Influence Group (BIG) in Auckland is seeking an Account Manager to partner with a major Tier 1 FMCG client, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution across sales and merchandising.

You will translate sales plans into in-store actions, collaborate with internal and external teams, analyze data, prepare insights, and help grow partner relationships while supporting a talented team.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, Account Management or similar.
• Translate sales plans into execution plans driving in-store excellence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support and work with a talented team.
• Build, maintain and grow business partners.
• Analyze data and create reports influencing BIG decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales and Operations to translate plans into execution for sales and in-store excellence.
• Plan and manage Merchandising and Sales priorities and execution requirements timely.
• Measure, monitor and communicate performance progress and results.
• Interpret and analyse data, presenting insights and recommendations.
• Design job briefs and inspire the sales team through influential briefs.
