• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with retailers and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market penetration
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow market share and achieve sales targets
• Manage the listing process for new product items to enhance product offerings
• Plan and submit promotional activities to support sales objectives
• Service outlets and manage ordering processes to ensure product availability and customer needs are met
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and adapt to industry trends
• Lead, train, and mentor the sales merchandising team to improve their skills and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
