Job summary

Access Community Health in Warkworth is seeking compassionate Complex Care Support Workers to join a dedicated 24/7 team for a client with spinal care needs. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and sleepovers, with lengths from 2 to 10 hours.

You will provide personalised support, assist with mobility, follow care plans, support community access, and drive a disability-accessible van when required. Comprehensive induction and ongoing training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in spinal or complex care preferred, but training will be provided.
• Ability to follow individualised care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Customer-focused, compassionate and reliable with flexible availability.
