Job summary

NZCL is seeking energetic Support Workers to help people with disabilities in their own homes in Christchurch. The role is permanent and part-time, with regular weekend shifts and potential sleepover payments on some rosters.

You will provide practical support to enable people to live independently and engage in activities they enjoy. Applicants should be passionate about helping others, with prior healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily living activities, meals, personal cares, and household tasks.
• Assist with community activities and outings, including swimming.
• Work across rosters including weekends and occasional sleepovers.
