Job summary

STUDYPLUS CONSULTANTS LIMITED in Auckland is seeking a dedicated Transport Manager to oversee courier transport operations and ensure efficient, safe service delivery under NZ Post contracts.

You will supervise drivers, coordinate fleet movements, manage budgets, and liaise with clients while ensuring compliance with NZ transport regulations. This role is 30 hours per week, paid at $33–$36 per hour, and is full-time.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control daily transport operations to ensure timely courier deliveries.
• Coordinate fleet scheduling, routing, and performance monitoring.
• Supervise drivers including recruitment, rostering and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with NZ Post contracts, service levels and reporting.
• Monitor efficiency, fuel usage, and delivery performance; implement improvements.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, safety compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare operational reports and manage costs and budgets.
