Job summary

Grow Active Welles St in Canterbury is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for a fixed-term maternity cover from 26 October 2026 to 5 November 2027. You will oversee two nursery classrooms, support and mentor teachers, and be passionate about working with our babies.

We are a fun-loving, professional, happy and hard-working team who are looking for a specialperson to teach in our centre.

The position is for a fixed term maternity cover Team Leader role working with our babies, the successful applicant must be qualified and hold a relevant qualification, and have experience in leadership. We are looking for a person who has a sense of humor, initiative and drive.

We are a purpose-built centre with 4 different learning spaces for each age group, so children can learn at their own pace, in a safe space and have time to explore. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing our two nursery classrooms, supporting and mentoring the teachers, and passionate about working with our youngest.
