Repco in Auckland is seeking a Fixed Term Branch Supervisor to report to the Branch Manager, guiding daily operations on the shop floor, introducing new initiatives and serving customers. In this role you will uphold customer service standards and help the team meet sales targets.
This position focuses on leading staff, driving store performance, and building strong relationships with customers, with physical duties included. Fixed term until mid-2027, on-site work in a busy branch.

In this role you will report to the Branch Manager and be their eyes and ears on the shop floor. You will help to introduce new initiatives into the branch and be a key point of contact for both customers and team members. In addition to this, you will uphold customer service standards daily and assist them in finding the best product to meet their needs.
