Job summary

Fire Solutions Limited is a specialist fire protection company in New Zealand. This role coordinates maintenance and inspection work, schedules technicians, and ensures services are documented and invoiced correctly.

You’ll liaise between clients, technicians and the service manager, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to the compliance calendar for NZS 4541, NZS 4512 and WoF/Compliance schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating/scheduling in a maintenance/field-service environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with multi-job focus.
• Excellent communication with clients and field staff under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for maintenance, testing and inspections.
• Manage annual servicing calendar to meet WoF/Compliance dates.
• Be the first point of contact for service clients and provide updates.
