Job summary

Property Brokers Compliance Limited in Whanganui is seeking a technically skilled specialist to manage Building Warrant of Fitness inspections and testing across fire protection and related systems. The role supports the Office Manager in compliance with NZ standards.

You will perform monthly tests, record results, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure 100% maintenance completion while upholding safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Valid NZ driver's licence is essential.
• Maintain Site Safe Construction or maintenance passport.
• Fire industry qualifications preferred; training available.
• Must live in or near Whanganui or be willing to move there.

Responsibilities

• Undertake monthly testing and annual surveys of Building Warrant of Fitness systems and features, including fire protection components.
• Ensure timely completion of all testing and remedial works and assist to achieve 100% planned maintenance monthly.
• Record test results, defects, and afterhours calls using SIMPRO and iPhone.
• Support the planned maintenance and compliance business with stakeholders.
• Provide high levels of service delivery and technical guidance to customers.
