• Ensure buildings meet Building Regulation requirements and maintain compliance with the Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF).
• Liaise directly with facilities companies, councils, property managers, and building owners.
• Coordinate the operational work of field technicians.
• Issue BWOF certificates and provide progress reports to the Key Account Manager.
