Job summary

Archway Recruitment in New Zealand is seeking a Senior Systems Accountant to own, operate and optimise TechnologyOne Finance and related financial systems across the organisation. You will partner with finance, technology, and operations to drive improvements, governance and robust controls.

Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Manager, you will translate business needs into practical system solutions, lead system enhancements, and deliver training and governance documentation to maintain data

Qualifications

Formal accounting/finance education or professional qualification.
Extensive experience with enterprise financial management systems.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as finance systems SME for TechnologyOne and related applications.
Manage system configuration, workflows, master data, controls and reporting structures.
Lead finance systems and process improvement initiatives from concept through implementation.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
Investigate and resolve complex systems, data, reporting and process issues.
Deliver training, guidance and knowledge sharing across the organisation.
Maintain governance, controls, documentation and data integrity.
Support audit requirements and compliance.
