Job summary

Randstad in New Zealand is seeking a Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to drive the NZ expansion from Pokeno / South Auckland. You will own NZ accounting operations, manage cash flow and treasury, oversee NZ tax, GST and FBT, and ensure month-end close and reporting aligns with group standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Knowledge of NZ tax requirements and statutory reporting.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day cash flow and treasury management.
• Manage NZ tax, GST, FBT and year-end audit coordination.
• Oversee NZ general ledger, month-end close and reporting.
• Bridge the NZ operations with the China HQ finance team.
