Job summary

Safe Business Solutions Ltd in New Plymouth is seeking a finance-focused Administrator to manage day-to-day financial administration and deliver clear performance insights. Qualifications

• Proven accounting and payroll experience including GST, reconciliations and month-end.
• Experience in cash-flow forecasting, financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong Xero and spreadsheet skills across business systems.
• Ability to translate financial data into practical insights and recommendations.
• NZ residency or valid NZ work visa.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, debtors and creditors.
• Prepare IRD returns and coordinate payments.
• Maintain cash-flow forecasts and funding requirements.
• Analyse results, timesheets and project performance.
• Prepare monthly management reports and KPI tracking.
• Liaise with accountants, banks and suppliers.
