Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island Limited is seeking an entry‑level Finance Master Data Coordinator to join our Finance team in Auckland for a 12‑month fixed term. You’ll maintain SAP HANA finance, vendor and customer accounts, and advocate for data quality across the business.

You’ll perform data analysis, support cross‑team initiatives, and develop a strong understanding of master data processes to help issue resolution. This role offers learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree or experience in Finance, Accounting or IT.
• Experience using SAP ERP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Able to deliver high volumes of work under tight deadlines.
• Adaptable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining data quality in SAP HANA finance, vendor and customer accounts.
• Regularly perform data analysis to ensure accounts are active and compliant.
• Participation in initiatives and projects with other teams.
• Develop understanding of processes feeding master data to aid issue resolution.
