Job summary

Dairy Holdings, New Zealand’s largest dairy farmer, seeks a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day finance operations and provide insight across the Group. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll manage financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and controls, while driving continuous improvement.

You’ll lead a finance team, partner with operational leaders, and use technology to streamline systems.

Qualifications

• CA-qualified or equivalent finance professional.
• Experience leading a finance team.
• Strong capability in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance operations for Dairy Holdings and provide group-wide insight.
• Oversee financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management.
• Ensure compliance, financial controls and continuous improvement across finance functions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and CFO to drive strategic decision-making and efficiency.
