Job summary

Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport, part of the Accor portfolio, seeks a senior hotel finance leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial reporting for Te Arikinui Pullman, Novotel and ibis Budget Auckland Airport.

You will manage cash flow, systems, controls, payroll compliance, and accounts across multiple properties, partnering with department managers to boost profitability and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 Years relevant experience in hotel accounting.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills and ability to work independently.
• In-depth understanding of hotel operations.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop and inspire teams.
• Demonstrated business acumen with ability to make sound decisions and understand commercial implications.

Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership & Reporting – Lead budgets, forecasts, end of month close, balance sheet reconciliations and reports to management, owners and Accor.
• Systems & Compliance – Develop and monitor financial systems, ensuring adherence to policies, controls, and statutory requirements.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management – Oversee cash flow, cash handling, and payments in line with requirements.
• Accounts & Payroll Oversight – Manage accounts receivable/payable, credit approvals, debt recovery, and payroll compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Profitability – Partner with department managers to improve profitability and communicate with owners, auditors, and regulators.
