All Trades Contract Services, Hamilton-based, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the leadership team. This hands-on role combines strategic oversight with day-to-day finance operations to strengthen financial performance and governance.
You will deliver accurate financial reporting, insightful commercial analysis and robust financial planning to support sustainable growth and decision-making across the business.
Jora New Zealand will close on 9th September 2026. Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey.
Help us build a financially strong business that is building futures across New Zealand
All Trades Contract Services is a growing New Zealand labour solutions business with a clear purpose: to help workers build better lives and help businesses deliver greater outcomes.
With our Head Office based in Hamilton and an expanding workforce and client base across New Zealand, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our leadership team and play an important role in the next stage of our growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on senior finance role for someone who combines strong financial management capability with commercial thinking, sound judgement and a genuine desire to contribute to the wider success of the business.
This is a full-time, office-based position at our Hamilton Head Office, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for protecting and strengthening the financial performance, sustainability and integrity of All Trades.
You will provide the CEO and leadership team with accurate financial information, meaningful commercial insight and sound financial advice to support decision-making and sustainable growth.
Importantly, we are looking for someone who does more than report the numbers. Our Finance Manager needs to understand what is driving them, identify issues early, challenge constructively and help the business make better decisions.
You will be an experienced finance professional who is comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on.
You will bring strong financial and commercial capability, attention to detail and the confidence to work closely with a CEO and senior leaders.
Just as importantly, you will be someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly and understands that strong financial leadership is about enabling the business to succeed, not simply producing reports.
At All Trades, how we achieve results matters just as much as the results themselves.
People | Integrity | Partnerships | Excellence
We are therefore looking for someone whose personal values align strongly with ours.
You will lead with integrity, demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality, work together with others and take pride in delivering work to a high standard. You will be comfortable being accountable for your responsibilities and equally comfortable contributing beyond the traditional boundaries of finance when the business needs it.
All Trades is building something bigger than a traditional labour hire company.
We are developing a professionally governed organisation with the people, systems, leadership capability and financial strength required to support sustainable long-term growth.
For the right Finance Manager, this is an opportunity to become an important member of our leadership team, and make a measurable contribution to the future of the business.
Protect our financial strength. Provide meaningful commercial insight. Help us make sound decisions and build a stronger business for the future.
If you are an experienced Finance Manager who enjoys taking ownership, improving performance and being part of the wider business rather than simply reporting on it, we would like to hear from you.
Applications will only be considered from candidates who are already living in NZ and are able to work without any restrictions. We will not acknowledge any applications that don’t meet these criteria.
While applications close 5 October 2026, we will be screening them as received, and may terminate the deadline, if we secure the right candidate.
