Job summary

Hunter Campbell, one of NZ's leading property investment and funds management businesses, seeks a senior finance leader to manage financial management and fund-level reporting across NZ & Australia. You will partner with investment teams, oversee budgeting, and drive acquisitions and capital-raising workstreams.

Ideal candidates are CA/CPA qualified with proven financial reporting experience; FP&A, treasury exposure is advantageous; property sector experience highly regarded.

The Role

Reporting to an impressive Financial Controller & as part of a high performing team, this role is responsible for the financial management & fund-level reporting for multi-asset and/or single asset property funds across New Zealand & Australia. This includes working closely with the asset management team to provide financial support.

Along with traditional accounting & reporting duties, the finance team is seen as a business partner and is involved in a wide range of initiatives working with the Group's transactions, funds management, development, treasury, tax, and operations teams to deliver outcomes across acquisitions, divestments, and fund establishment.
