Job summary

Air New Zealand is seeking a Finance Business Partner to work with senior leaders to influence commercial outcomes, unlock value, and support decisions that have real impact across the business.

You will bring your commercial expertise to a high performing finance team, delivering accurate forecasts, insightful analysis, and strategic guidance that drive profitability and performance. Chartered Accountant membership is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least six years of commercial and analytical experience in a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes and deliver strong commercial results.
• Strong relationship building skills with credibility and trust.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills; translate financial information into business insights.
• A relevant university degree.
• Chartered Accountant membership preferred.
• Experience in fast paced environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and performance.

• Contribute to strategic Finance projects and champion the Finance strategy across the portfolio.

How you'll make an impact

• Contribute to strategic Finance projects while championing the Finance strategy across your portfolio.
