Job summary

Team Global Express is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide commercial insight and challenge thinking. You will partner with operational leaders, deliver monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and build robust business cases to support commercial decisions.

This hands-on role requires strong financial expertise, commercial curiosity, and the ability to translate data into practical recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial finance or business partnering.
• Strong analytical capability with large datasets.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence and challenge.
• Commercial judgement and ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
