We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join us in this permanent, full-time, year round (works school holidays) position.
The role is part of our administration team, reports to our Business Manager - Finance & Administration, and supports the financial operation of the College through day to day upper-end financial administration, including processing payroll.

Key responsibilities include:
Debtors and Creditors
IRD Reporting
Bank and General Ledger Reconciliations
EdPay and IMS Payroll Management and Administration
Fixed Asset Register Maintenance
Monthly Management Accounts Assistance
Annual Audit Assistance
Database Reporting
Who we’re looking for:
Accounting knowledge and experience - to balance sheet
Asset Register knowledge and experience
Payroll experience (EdPay and/or IMS Payroll advantageous but not essential)
Numerically minded with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Well-developed computer skills, preferably with Google Workspace and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to always maintain strict confidentiality
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
