BrickHouse Technologies – Hamilton, North Island seeks a practical Field Service Technician to install, commission and service BrickHouse equipment at customer sites. You will manage field workload, interact directly with customers and contribute to equipment upgrades.
You will perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot faults and support safety and compliance across sites in the Waikato region. A full NZ driver licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide installation, commissioning, maintenance and after-sales support for BrickHouse-designed and OEM-supplied equipment. You'll manage your field workload, work directly with customers and contribute practical feedback to equipment upgrades and continuous improvement.
Install, commission, service and repair BrickHouse-supplied equipment
Complete scheduled maintenance, breakdown response and reactive call-outs
Diagnose mechanical and operational faults and carry out preventative maintenance
Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications and performance improvements
Build effective working relationships with site operators, maintenance teams, engineers and management
Train customers in the safe and effective operation of BrickHouse and OEM equipment
Identify and communicate legitimate service, upgrade or replacement requirements
Complete service reports, job records and safety documentation using digital systems
Ensure all work meets relevant health, safety, quality and compliance requirements
Strong mechanical aptitude and practical fault-finding skills
Relevant fitting, maintenance or field-service experience, with a trade qualification preferred
Confidence working independently at customer sites
A willingness to work around wastewater, effluent and other challenging site conditions
The ability to understand technical equipment and explain it clearly to different customer stakeholders
Good organisation, documentation and follow-through
A full NZ driver licence and willingness to travel to customer sites
Experience with pumps, pipework, valves, rotating equipment or related machinery advantageous
Comfortable using digital job-management, safety and reporting systems
