Qualifications

Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Technician with 3+ years’ experience.
Heavy Plant & Equipment qualification preferred but not essential.
Strong mechanical and hydraulic diagnostic and repair skills.
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Reliable, organized, and able to manage a busy workload.

Responsibilities

Carrying out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on construction equipment in the field and workshop.
Fault finding mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across a range of equipment.
Providing quality customer service and clear communication with customers and the team.
Completing job documentation, reports, and warranty paperwork accurately.
